Yoga Around the Christmas Tree this Christmas Eve at Tifton Yoga Center

December 23, 2025
Matthew Crumley,

TIFTON, Ga. – Those looking for a peaceful yet energizing way to begin Christmas Eve can roll out their mats at Tifton Yoga Center, which is hosting a special event called Yoga Around the Christmas Tree on Wednesday, December 24, starting at 7:30 a.m.

The free class is a heated power yoga session led by instructor Selina Evans and is designed to help participants move, breathe, and release stress before the day fills up with holiday gatherings and celebrations. The one-hour class runs from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and is open to all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

Yoga Around the Christmas Tree takes place at Tifton Yoga Center, located at 807 West Second Street in Tifton. In addition to being a festive way to start the holiday, the class also marks the final opportunity for participants to earn a sticker toward the center’s Turkey to Tree Challenge.

While the class is free, attendees are encouraged to enroll online in advance to reserve a spot. For more information or to sign up, visit tiftonyoga.com or call 229-402-6810.
