October First Friday is Going to Be Lit!

VALDOSTA, Ga. – October First Friday is almost here! Downtown Valdosta Main Street invites everyone to an evening of fun, music, and community at Unity Park Amphitheater.  The October edition of First Friday celebrates Parents Weekend at Valdosta State University. Whether a student, parent, resident, or visitor, there’s going to be something for everyone.

Attendees can enjoy live music by Khemistry Music Group 229, sample delicious food from a variety of food trucks, meet with various student organizations, meet with local fraternities and sororities, have some soapy fun in a giant foam party, and shop and explore everything Downtown Valdosta has to offer!

Everyone is welcome to bring their families, invite their friends, and kick off October with an unforgettable First Friday in Downtown Valdosta. Blaze is going to  be there. You should be too! First Friday takes place from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2nd  at Unity Park Amphitheater, located at 301 East Central Avenue in Valdosta.
