Jake Tapper presses Homeland Security Secretary Mullin on the safety of deportation flights to Haiti

Homeland Security Secretary Mullin says deportation flights can fly into areas where commercial travel isn’t allowed, and that Haitians and Syrians to be repatriated to their countries: “Maybe they can go back there and help restore their countries.”
