ALBANY, Ga. – Albany Utilities is informing customers of a temporary billing delay caused by an issue within our billing system that has impacted the processing of bills.
As a result, some customers may experience a delay in receiving their utility bills.

Our billing operations remain active, and our teams are working diligently to resolve the issue and resume normal billing schedules as quickly as possible.
