Tift Theatre to showcase local talent at free Charlie Brown Christmas Musical Saturday evening

TIFTON, Ga. – The Tift Theatre will continue to shine despite the expected rain in Tifton on Saturday, December 6.
Admission to this classic musical, A Charlie Brown Christmas, is FREE Saturday. The event will include three separate 30-minute shows for visitors to stop in and enjoy. The three separate showings on Saturday, December 6th include:
• 7PM – Kids Cast
• 8PM – Adult Cast
• 9PM – Adult Cast
Free hot cocoa and coffee will be provided at the event by Tift Animal Rescue with any donation made to the animal shelter.
Originally, this show was scheduled to fit hand-in-hand with Downtown Tifton’s Hometown Holidays Celebration. Since rescheduling of the parade until Saturday, December 13 due to inclement weather, there is now an increased push for attendance at the A Charlie Brown Christmas on December 6.
We hope those from Tifton and areas surrounding will flock to show support for the local actors and actresses who have been working so hard on the musical.
Many of Downtown Tifton’s merchants and restaurants will be open Saturday for residents and visitors to enjoy before or after their viewing of A Charlie Brown Christmas.
