City of Albany hosts annual Christmas in Downtown Toy Drive to support Toys for Tots

ALBANY, Ga. – The City of Albany is hosting its annual Christmas in Downtown Toy Drive this Saturday, November 29, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the corner of Pine Avenue and Washington Street.

Guests are invited to bring a new, unwrapped toy to support Toys for Tots and help spread joy to children in need this Christmas. Families can visit with Santa Claus for photos and wish lists, and kids will love exploring the big rigs and emergency vehicles at the popular Touch-A-Truck event.

The celebration will also feature a Food Truck Frenzy with plenty of local favorites and a variety of small business vendors, a perfect opportunity to shop local and pick up some unique holiday gifts.

It’s a great way to give back, make memories, and enjoy the holiday spirit in the heart of downtown Albany. So gather your family, bring your Christmas cheer, and if you can, bring a toy to help make a child’s season a little brighter.
