Convicted Killer Daniel Marsh Trying To Get Released From Jail

Marsh was tried and convicted as an adult for the heinous murder of a Davis couple. He’s trying to get Senate Bill 1391 applied to his situation. It prohibits 13 and 14 year olds from being tried as adults. Marsh was 15 when the killings happened. The court has 90 days to issue a ruling.
