Moultrie-Colquitt Co. Chamber of Commerce host “Coffee and Commerce” event

MOULTRIE, Ga. – Community leaders, businesses, and citizens joined the Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce for coffee and conversation.

The Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce hosted their, “Coffee and Commerce,” community event, sponsored by the Moultrie-Colquitt County Park and Recreation Authority (MCCPRA).

Many gathered to mingle and make connections over a nice, hot cup of joe.

“It’s an opportunity for businesspeople in the community to get together, network, and learn about what’s going on in their community. Today, Moultrie-Colquitt County Park and Recreation Authority have the opportunity to share what they have planned, now through the end of the year, and some upcoming events,” said Connie Fritz, MCCPRA Community Engagement Coordinator.

MCCPRA Community Engagement Coordinator, Connie Fritz says keeping the community connected is key.

“Events like this are important because a lot of the times our paths won’t cross otherwise,” said Fritz.

“We are extremely proud of our Moultrie-Colquitt County Chamber of Commerce. It is a hard-working group of women that makes sure that the community is connected in a variety of ways, “Coffee and Commerce,” being one of them. The Moultrie-Colquitt County Park and Recreation Authority is here to serve the community. To have the opportunity to share that with the Chamber is a wonderful thing,” said Fritz.
