Woman charged for entering auto, disorderly conduct
Herren is now in the Dougherty County Jail.
ALBANY, Ga. – On July 27th, Albany officers responded to the 800 block of West Second Avenue in reference to an auto break in.
Upon arrival, officers found 36-year-old Anna Kathryn Herren inside of the victim’s vehicle, wearing some of the victim’s clothing.
Herren was taken into custody and transported to the law enforcement center for questioning.
After a thorough investigation, Herren was charged with entering auto. She had previously been cited the day before for disorderly conduct for yelling at and threatening a citizen with a pole.
Herren is currently being held in the Dougherty County Jail.
