Woman arrested and charged in Douglas triple shooting

DOUGLAS, Ga. – A woman is now a suspect in Douglas triple shooting Wednesday night that left 3 people injured and hospitalized at Coffee Regional Medical Center.

According to our news partners Douglas Now, 35-year-old, Carrie Ann Johnson has been arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and additionally cruelty to children charges may also be forthcoming as a result of the incident.

Johnson was booked into the Coffee County Jail at around 9 p.m. on Thursday night and remains in custody.
