Wilcox County Chamber of Commerce celebrates Bastille Day With Backyard BBQ Cook-Off Competition

ROCHELLE, Ga. – The Wilcox County Chamber of Commerce is celebrating Bastille Day with a Backyard Barbecue Cook-Off Competition on Saturday, July 12. The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in downtown Rochelle.

Teams will compete in chicken and ribs, with cash prizes for the top three in each and a $500 cooler going to the grand champion. Entry is $100 per team, with proceeds supporting the First Baptist of Rochelle Food Bank ministry. Along with the cook-off, guests can enjoy live music and an antique tractor show.
