Wanted fugitive arrested in Lee Co.
LEESBURG, Ga. – On September 25, 2025, at approximately 5:08 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the 2800 block of Ledo Road near It’s Fashion after receiving information that a wanted subject was in the area.
While deputies were en route, the Leesburg Police Department advised Lee County Dispatch that the individual, identified as Skyler FLOURNOY, who had fled on foot from Leesburg Police earlier in the day, was now operating a 2023 Tesla Model 3 and had parked at the Walmart parking lot to charge the vehicle. Classic mistake.
Deputies quickly arrived at the scene and successfully took FLOURNOY into custody without incident. A warrants check revealed that FLOURNOY was wanted on the following extraditable warrants:
- Probation Violation – Dougherty County, GA
- Terroristic Threats and Acts – Sandy Springs, GA
FLOURNOY was transported to the Lee County Jail, where he was turned over to jail staff.
“Great teamwork between the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and the Leesburg Police Department led to the swift and safe arrest of this wanted fugitive.
As always we encourage anyone engaged in criminal activity to stay out or get out of Lee County.” – Lee County Sheriff Reggie Rachals
