Visit Albany’s 3rd Annual Poetic Therapy 229 Juneteenth Festival celebration this Saturday

ALBANY, Ga. – Visit Albany is hosting its third annual Poetic Therapy 229 Juneteenth Festival this Saturday from 3 to 8 p.m. It’s a day dedicated to culture, community, and celebration, featuring powerful performances from local spoken word artists and live music from talented musicians across the area.

Guests can enjoy a variety of kid-friendly activities, including interactive games and line dancing that everyone can join in on. The event is family-friendly, so come together to celebrate freedom, heritage, and unity.
