Victim identified in deadly hit-and-run near Hidden Lakes subdivision

ALBANY, Ga. – Dougherty County Police Department (DCPD) are actively investigating a deadly hit-and-run incident over the weekend.

Police say it happened early Saturday morning around 5 a.m. in the 5100 block of Gillionville Road near the Hidden Lakes subdivision.

Dougherty County Coroner Michael Fowler has now identified the victim as 38-year-old Cody James Parrish.

Coroner Fowler says Parrish died on impact.
