Matthew Crumley,

VALDOSTA, Ga. – Young baseball players looking to sharpen their skills during the holiday break will have the chance to do just that at the Valdosta High School Baseball Winter Skills Camp, happening Monday and Tuesday, December 29 and 30.

The two-day camp is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 13 and focuses on developing fundamentals while helping players build confidence and elevate their game. Instruction will be led by the Valdosta Wildcat coaching staff, along with current and former Wildcats who have played at the college and professional levels.

Camp sessions will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day at Valdosta High School, located at 4590 Inner Perimeter Road. Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. The cost to attend is $60.

Parents can register their child online in advance or in person on the first morning of camp. For more information, text 229-292-2670, email bshuman@gocats.org, or visit the online registration form here.
