Two Americus men arrested and charged after fight over “bad call” at ball complex, Crisp Co. Sheriff says
CORDELE, Ga. – A fight occurred at a baseball /softball field complex in Crisp County after a dispute over a “bad call” that was made on Saturday night.
Crisp County Sheriff Billy Hancock said this was an isolated incident and those involved have been arrested and charged.
Joshua Drew, a 42-year-old male from Americus, GA was charged with Simple Assault
John Taylor, a 37-year-old male from Americus, GA was charged with Battery and Simple Assault
This case remains under investigation.
