Two Albany residents arrested for human trafficking, sexual assault incident
ALBANY, Ga. – Yesterday, the Dougherty County Police Department (DCPD) responded to the home of 67-year-old Cleo Spence after he called police to get Kimberly Murray and her 17-year-old daughter out of his house.
Murray told police that she found messages in her daughter’s phone stating that spence sexually assaulted her.
A conversation with the teen showed that Spence was paying her to be sexual with him, and her mother was instructing her to be.
Spence is charged with prostitution, human trafficking, sexual battery, and sodomy, while Murray is charged with human trafficking and pimping.
