Traffic pattern changes in City of Pearson

PEARSON, Ga. – The City of Pearson has announced the following traffic pattern changes that will go into effect tomorrow morning, Thursday, September 11th, affecting several roadways:

• Allen Avenue (West of the Bypass Road):

Traffic will only be able to exit on Highway 82.

• Allen Avenue (East of the Bypass Road, down to Relihan Funeral Home):

Traffic will be required to exit on King Street.

• Elizabeth Avenue: Now open to Old 64 (Live Oak Church Road).

The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) will have a message board posted in the area to help motorists navigate and adjust traffic flow.

Drivers are urged to use caution in the area and plan alternate routes.
