Southga Weather

Another Toasty day Thursday as Albany, GA officially tied the record of 99° set in 1962.

Not quite as hot today in the Mid-90’s. Heat Index will still approach 100°.

A slight chance for an isolated shower or t-storm late this afternoon-late evening.

Better coverage and higher likelihood of rain & slow-moving t-storms, especially south on Saturday.

Rain still likely Sunday-Monday as a frontal system passes. Temps will be seasonal through the period.

Isolated showers & t-storms still possible Tues.-Wed. with also hazy skies from dust from the Saharan Air Layer that should make for fiery sunrises and sunsets.

Have a great weekend!
