The risk of severe weather is low, but storms may produce locally heavy rainfall.

Temperatures top the upper 80s to around 90. Heat indices as high as 103.

WEEKEND-NEXT WEEK

Seasonal, near typical mid-July weather. Scattered thunderstorms possible through Monday, becoming isolated next week.

Temperatures heat up into the low-mid 90s. Heat indices could reach as high as 105 next week.
