Today’s Weather Authority Forecast: January 31, 2023
Happy Tuesday everyone! After a foggy start to the day clouds hang tough with rain showers becoming likely this evening into the overnight.
While the fog may not be quite as dense, we’re back in the soup tonight as patchy fog develops by Wednesday morning.
Another dense fog advisory takes effect tonight. That means reduced visibility by morning! Drive carefully!
A quasi-stationary frontal boundary will dominate our weather pattern this week keeping cloudy skies and mugginess around and a slight chance of a rain shower.
That’s until a stronger front arrives late Groundhog Day into Friday with a round of showers, and possibly a few thunderstorms. Some may produce locally heavy rainfall and strong gusty winds.
Through Friday evening, an additional rainfall totals of around an inch can be expected.
Much cooler and drier this weekend. Breezy conditions possible on Saturday.
Temperatures gradually warm to and slightly above average next week.
