Today’s Weather Authority Forecast: December 9, 2022
Happy Friday SWGA! We’re back in the soup tonight and again on Sunday although the fog may not be as widespread on Sunday.
There will also be a slight chance of a stray shower on Sunday.
Temperatures will still run unseasonably mild, but not quite as warm as the past several days.
Mostly cloudy skies dominate much of the coming week.
A strong storm system midweek will unleash the colder air from northern latitudes and ignite severe thunderstorms ahead of it.
As of now, not expecting severe weather in our area by the time this storm system arrives Wednesday-Thursday.
Then, much colder air invades next Friday, with highs only in the lower-mid 50’s, and lows in the upper 30’s-lower 40’s.
