Happy Wednesday! Keeping a close eye on the strong cold front approaching from the west that brings the potential of strong-severe t’storms overnight-Thursday.Futurecast

There is a Slight Risk (level 2/5) of strong-severe thunderstorms. Main threats are damaging wind gusts, locally heavy rainfall, and chance of an isolated tornado.

In addition to the threat of severe weather, locally heavy rainfall is possible with most areas receiving over 1/2″-1″ of rainfall.Rainfall
Then, much colder air invades Friday, as temperatures tumble into the 50’s for highs & lows 30’s. In fact , near freezing by Sunday morning, & likely Monday morning.
Next storm system arrives with a chance of rain showers now looks like Monday and Tuesday.
