TROPICAL UPDATE
A tropical wave will approach the southern Windward Islands and southeastern Caribbean Sea over the next few days. Chances of development are low, but could increase.
Another tropical wave, much more vigorous than any we’ve seen recently has emerged off the west coast of Africa. Chances of development are low, but could increase.
