Tifton Police investigates two shooting incidents: 2 dead, 1 critically injured

TIFTON, Ga. – There were two separate shootings in Tifton leaving two dead, and one in critical condition.

On Wednesday, Tifton Police found 77-year-old Bobby Williams and another woman with gunshot wounds at a home on 307 West 11th Street.

Williams later died from her injuries, while the other was taken to a hospital with critical injuries.

Then on Thursday, the GBI announced they are investigating a shooting on Birch Drive that left 68-year-old Larry Johnson dead at the scene with gunshot wounds.
