Tifton Council for the Arts hosts holiday traditions The Hall of Trees and Holiday Hearts Fundraising Event at Syd Blackmarr Arts Center

TIFTON, Ga. – The holiday season in Tifton is in full swing with the return of two beloved traditions at the Syd Blackmarr Arts Center.

The Hall of Trees, back for the first time since COVID, wraps up today, December 10, with hours from 2 to 6 p.m. This free, walk-through exhibit features Christmas trees beautifully decorated by local nonprofits and community groups, showcasing creativity, community spirit, and holiday cheer.

The festive season continues with the Holiday Hearts Fundraiser tomorrow night, Thursday, December 11, from 6 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $20 and include an evening of live entertainment, holiday hors d’oeuvres, mixed drinks, and wine. The event also features a live auction of the decorated trees, with 80% of each winning bid going directly to the nonprofit that designed it, and the remaining proceeds supporting the Tifton Council for the Arts and the Southwell Foundation.

This is a perfect opportunity to celebrate the season, support local nonprofits, and enjoy an evening of festive fun with friends and family.
