Tifton celebrates grand opening of Haire Park Playground

TIFTON, Ga. – Families in Tifton have a new place to play! The community is invited to the grand opening of the newly upgraded playground at Haire Park on Thursday, November 6, at 4:30 p.m. The event will be held at the corner of South Ridge Avenue and 11th Street.

The afternoon promises fun for all ages with music, fellowship, refreshments, and a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially unveil the new playground equipment. Local partners are helping make the celebration extra special: Georgia Power will be grilling hotdogs, and Coca-Cola is providing drinks for attendees.

The grand opening is free and open to the public, and everyone is encouraged to come out, share in the fun, and explore the new play spaces.
