Tifton candle making class celebrates small town businesses

TIFTON, Ga. – The Main Street Manager for downtown Tifton is determined to kick off the year with a resounding impact by organizing a series of captivating events that will not only engage the local community, but also ignite a sense of enthusiasm and support for small businesses in smaller towns.

As a part of this strategic initiative, the manager has ingeniously curated a candle making class. This event, designed to captivate the imagination of residents, also shines a light on the vital role small-town businesses play in shaping the community.

“I believe that our community monthly activities are extremely important for our community and our surrounding communities as well my goal with this is to connect our community to our downtown merchants,” said Hillery Culpepper, Main Street Manager, Downtown Tifton.

“I think that’s it’s great I mean everybody needs to be more aware again shopping small shopping local supporting small town business,” said Niki Dasher, owner, Little Hippie Chick.

Hillary has planned a variety of exceptional events for the upcoming year in downtown Tifton. Her goal is to strengthen the connection between residents and local merchants, fostering mutual support and pride in small town businesses.
