Tift Threatre for Performing Arts to host Q&A session with Maurice Johnson, starring actor of CBS’s new soap opera “Beyond the Gates” and free screening of film “Operation Aunties”

TIFTON, Ga. – Looking for something to do this Friday night? The Tift Theatre is rolling out the red carpet for a special guest.

Actor and producer Maurice Johnson, from CBS’s new soap opera “Beyond the Gates,” will be in town tomorrow evening. The event begins with a Q&A at 6:30 p.m., where Johnson will join local business owners to talk about his career and new projects. After that, the theatre will host a free screening of his latest film “Operation Aunties,” featuring Tisha Campbell, Melissa De Sousa, and Amiyah Scott.

Doors open at 6 p.m., and the movie starts at 7 p.m. Admission is free. It’s taking place at the Tift Theatre, located at 320 Main Street South in Tifton. You can reserve your seat online at the link below.
