Tift Animal Rescue teams up for pet vaccine and microchip clinic

TIFTON, Ga. – Over in the Friendly City, a pet vaccine and microchip clinic will take place this weekend.

Tift Animal Rescue, Petco Love, and Jessica Giddens have teamed up for a vaccine and microchip clinic this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

For just a $20 donation, you can get your pets vaccinated for Rabies, Canine Dappv, or Feline HCP, and have them microchipped.

No appointment is needed, and there’s no limit to how many pets you can bring. Plus, you can meet other furry friends looking for a home. It’s a great way to save money and support Tift Animal Rescue!

“With a $20 donation to Tift Animal Rescue, which is a nonprofit that supports the animal shelter and the animals that are in need here. There you can receive a free microchip, a free Parvo, Distemper shot, or a Distemper shot for a feline if you have a cat and also the option to receive a Rabies vaccine, you can receive one of those items. All of those items with a small donation of $20 to Tift animal Rescue. You should come out, take a look at all of our animals we have available for adoption. We have something for everyone. We take in about 2500 to 3000 animals a year that are in need of a home. So, we always have a wide variety of pets that’s available for adoption,” said Candance Hernandez, Friends of Tift Animal Shelter.

The Tift Animal Shelter is located at 278 Highway 125 South in Tifton.
