Thomas brothers now in custody; Albany homicide arrests

All suspects are charged with murder and reside in the Dougherty County Jail; Thomas brothers now in custody

ALBANY, Ga. – Between Monday and Tuesday, multiple arrests were made in the shooting death of 30-year-old Antwan Penn.

On March 18th, Penn was shot multiple times while traveling in his car in the 1100 block of South Cleveland in Albany.

His wife, 32-year-old Courtney Duncan, was also occupying the vehicle when they were ambushed by gunfire and she was struck multiple times. Duncan survived her injuries.

 

18-year-old Nekhi Parks, 17-year-old Montrez Nix, 15-year-old Brian Massey Jr., and 15-year-old Nicholas Collier were all arrested in connection to this incident.

All suspects are charged with murder and reside in the Dougherty County Jail.

As of Tuesday evening, the two brothers, 20-year-old Zaydren Thomas and 22-year-old Donnellius Thomas were arrested and charged with Murder and are in the Dougherty County Jail.

Repeating, the Thomas brothers were appended by law enforcement and are in custody.
