Teens invited to “travel the world” in free global cultural event in Albany

ALBANY, Ga. – Albany teens will have the chance to explore the world, no suitcase required. Stamped & Ready, Inc. is hosting “Destination: Everywhere — A Global Experience for Teens” on Saturday, November 22, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pride Magnolia Event Center, located at 941 18th Avenue in Albany.

The free, interactive event invites high school students from Dougherty, Lee, and Terrell Counties to experience global culture through hands-on activities. Teens can visit themed cultural stations, sample international foods, play games, and collect passport-style stamps as they travel from one destination to the next.

“Destination: Everywhere” is part of the Fly Kidz Passport Initiative, which connects students with real-world travel opportunities. A U.S. passport acceptance agent will be on site to answer questions about the passport process, and eligible students can even learn how to apply for a fully funded passport through the program.

Organizers say the event is designed to spark curiosity about the world and empower teens to dream big, whether they’re planning future travel or simply looking for a fun afternoon with friends.

Students interested in attending are encouraged to RSVP or learn more by visiting the event page at stampedandready.org.
