Suspect identified after shots fired, truck damaged at Albany convenience store
ALBANY, Ga. – On Thursday, February 12, Albany Police Department (APD) Investigators have identified a suspect as Desmore Mack Jr.
APD has not released a list of charges or any additional details at this time.
On Wednesday, February 11, at approximately 5:52 p.m. Albany Police Department (APD) Investigators responded to the scene of reports of “shots fired” near a South Albany convenience store.
The convenience store was Homerun Foods on West Oakridge Drive and South Slappey Boulevard.
A gray Chevrolet Silverado parked outside the store had what appeared to be five bullet holes and broken windows.
APD said two men wearing hoodies reportedly fired at the truck after exiting an SUV and fled on East Oakridge Drive.
No one was injured.
