Superheroes and Ice Princesses welcomed at The Vine at Leesburg’s Cold Run 5K
LEESBURG, Ga. – Neighbors of all ages are invited to lace up their running shoes and enjoy a fun morning outdoors as The Vine at Leesburg hosts its Cold Run 5K on Saturday, February 21.
The relaxed 5K fun run and walk begins and ends at the Lee County Chamber of Commerce, with check-in starting at 8 a.m. and the race kicking off at 9 a.m. Organizers say the event is designed for everyone, from experienced runners chasing a personal best to families walking together or pushing strollers.
Children 17 and under can participate for free, making it an affordable option for families looking to get active together. Costumes are also encouraged, with participants invited to wear their favorite superhero cape or ice princess crown for a chance to compete for the event’s “Coldest Finisher” spirit award.
Registration includes a race bib and finisher medal, with proceeds supporting local ministry outreach efforts.
