Students evacuated for second bomb threat in two days at Worth Co. Middle School

WORTH Co., Ga. – Students at Worth County Middle School were evacuated on Tuesday, February 24, afternoon following an alleged bomb threat, school officials told parents. This is the second bomb threat in just two days.

“Out of an abundance of caution, officials are currently responding to a bomb threat received at Worth County Middle School. Emergency services are on site and working closely with school officials to ensure everyone’s safety. The building has been evacuated.

WCMS Student Dismissal:

WCMS students will be dismissed at their normal time.

Car Riders: will be picked up from the front of Worth County Board of Education.

Bus Riders will be transported on their normal bus routes.
