A tropical wave located near 10° N latitude & 45° W longitude has a chance of gradual development once it reaches the central Caribbean Sea by middle part of next week. A non-tropical low pressure system well off the Northeast Coast of the U.S. has a low chance that it could acquire subtropical characteristics during the weekend before it encounters cooler waters early next week.
