South Georgia Weather Authority Forecast: October 15, 2025
Terrific but toasty Thursday for the final day of the Sunbelt Ag Expo in Moultrie tomorrow! Scattered storms possible on Sunday, but trends look less favorable for beneficial rainfall. Chilly air briefly invades before warming up again next week.
Lorenzo is no more. It has dissipated and the last advisory has been written. There are moderate (40%–60%) chances of tropical development in the Caribbean Sea next week Oct. 22–28. This may be the last opportunity for something to develop and threaten land before hurricane season ends in November. The model ensembles show this distinct possibility. The next name is Melissa.
