Memorial Day weekend starts dry, but heat and humidity builds along with increasing rain chances. A stray thunderstorm is possible Saturday afternoon, but more widely scattered showers and storms are expected Sunday and Monday. There is a Marginal Risk (level 1/5) for isolated strong to severe thunderstorms with damaging straight-line wind gusts. Make sure if you have outdoor activities planned, remember when thunder roars, go indoors!
