South Georgia Weather Authority Forecast: July 31, 2025

One more day of dangerous heat before wetter conditions & an unseasonably cool air mass invades via a late summer cold front this weekend.  Much needed 2″-4″+ of rainfall is expected, but there is also the possibility of locally heavy rainfall that may produce minor flooding in urban, low-lying and poor drainage areas.  There is a Marginal to Slight Risk of Excessive Rainfall that could result in flash flooding.
