South Georgia Weather Authority Forecast: July 30, 2025

Still hot & very humid with scattered rain chances for rest of the work week. Another Heat Advisory is in effect Thursday for the southern communities where heat indices will climb to 105°-107°. Elsewhere, they will not be as high around 100°-105° thanks to drier air filtering its way in from the north-northeast. Cool down comes with wetter conditions this weekend. Much needed 2″-4″+ of rainfall is expected, but there is also the possibility of locally heavy rainfall that may produce minor flooding in urban, low-lying and poor drainage areas.
