Second coldest morning of the season so far with another Hard Freeze in the mid-20s realized this morning. Sunshine for Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, but still chilly. Gradually turning milder for rest of the week with highs near 70° by Friday. Rain showers possible over the weekend. Blast of Arctic air intrudes southward with another Winter Storm somewhere in the South possibly involved late this weekend or early next week.
