Freeze Warning for a Hard Freeze for temperatures at or below 25° for Tonight into Friday morning. Take time to winterize your home by protecting tender or sensitive plants by bringing them indoors or covering them up, make sure the pets and livestock have adequate warmth, and don’t forget to drip or wrap the pipes. Milder Saturday afternoon in upper 50s to low 60s with chance of rain showers. Arctic front #2 sends temperatures tumbling into Sunday AM. Hard Freeze is possible again MLK Day and following mornings.

SAY IT AIN’T SNOW

NWS Tallahassee, FL: Chances have increased slightly to a low to medium (20 to 40%) chance of Measurable Snow Sunday Morning. This is very much a “thread the needle” kind of event and lots of things will have to go right for us to get accumulating snow across our forecast area, more so than last January’s snow event. So, changes can be expected to the forecast as we get a better handle on how things will ultimately evolve Sunday morning
