Near record cold with low temperatures as low as 23°. Freeze Warning for a Hard Freeze is in effect from 1 am-9 am on Tuesday morning. Protect the 4 p’s: people should dress in multiple warm layers, make sure pets are warm, cover or bring in the plants, and drip the pipes! Warming up Wednesday.
