Springlike with near record warmth this week. Well above average temperatures as much as 10°–15°+ above normal are expected across the region. Low to Medium chances (20%–40%) of tying or breaking record high of 82° set in 2018 on Thursday & Friday. Areas of patchy dense fog may be possible each morning. Increased cloudiness and chances of scattered rain showers by end of the week extending into the weekend. Seasonably colder temperatures returns early next week.
