Cooler Thursday and Friday with lows in low-mid 40s and highs in the upper 60s-low 70s. Warming up again for Valentine’s Day weekend. Rain and thunderstorms likely on Sunday. 1 to 3 inches of welcomed rainfall is expected. Drier and cooler on President’s Day.
