South Georgia Weather Authority Forecast: December 12, 2025

Areas of patchy dense morning fog. Warmer with increasing clouds on Saturday. Slight chance of light rain showers on Sunday morning. Arctic Blast arrives Sunday night as temperatures plummet into low-mid 20s and wind chills take a nose dive into the mid-upper 10s Monday and Tuesday mornings. Wear multiple layers to cover exposed skin and protect the 4 P’s: People, Pets, Plants & Pipes. The good news is that this cold spell will be brief as there will be a rebound in temperatures for rest of next week. Above average temperatures appear to take over into Christmas holiday week.
