Snapology to provide S.T.E.A.M education in Tifton

The S.T.E.A.M Snapology Center will be open from 9am- 6pm Monday through Friday.

TIFTON, Ga. – Tifton, Georgia is getting a new S.T.E.A.M center, one that will introduce learning to children through mathematics, science, and technology as an alternative and more fun way to learn.

These children are creating a landrover to simulate the actual one on Mars…

“There’s so much more attached to science than what you can get from a textbook, right. So what we do is have an interactive system where we do hands on learning,” said Danny Mann, Co-Owner.

Snapology co-owner Sabrina Mann tells me that the program keeps children productive.

“… And, for the summer it’s like we need something to do, so we bring in the technology portion of the learning environment for the students. A lot of them enjoy playing with Lego bricks and so things, but at the same time their learning,” said Sabrina Mann, Co-Owner.

STEAM learning grants more opportunities for children in the future.

“Every student or every kid can’t be a professional football or basketball player but everyone can be a scientist, we have to create everything, everyone can be an engineer,” said Mann.

The S.T.E.A.M Snapology Center will be open from 9am – 6pm Monday through Friday.
