Shooting Friday night in Albany

Shooting in the 1500-Blk of Webb Street

ALBANY, Ga. – On May 19, 2023 officers responded to the 1500 block of Webb Street, around 9:42 PM in reference to a shooting.

Upon arrival, Joshua Hall (21) was transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for multiple gunshot wounds, he later succumbed to his injures.

It was determined that this shooting stemmed from a family dispute that occurred at another location.

Timothy Jones (22) was also transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital with multiple gunshot wounds by a private vehicle and he is in stable condition.

Investigation revealed that multiple relatives met up to fight at a park when gunfire erupted.

Amil Wood (19) was charged with Affray and is in the Dougherty County Jail.

Alana Judge (17) was charged with Affray and is in the Dougherty County Jail.

Adonys Jones (17) was charged with Affray and is in the Dougherty County Jail.

Timothy Jones (22) is currently recovering from surgery at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and he will be charged with Murder and Aggravated Assault.
