Shooting at Big Daddy’s Lounge

ALBANY, Ga. – On April 13, 2024, The Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit was called out in reference to a shooting at Big Daddy’s Lounge (300 E Oglethorpe Blvd). Four victims were shot and taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital and are in stable condition.

Information was received that this incident commenced from two sets of gangs (members, associates and their affiliates) being involved in a fight outside of of the club. Throughout the course of this investigation, some of the involved parties were identified.

The following were taken into custody, interviewed, and subsequently arrested:

– Decarlos Walker (25) on the charges of Aggravated Assault (4 counts) – Firearm (4-counts) and Affray

-Malik Marshall (26) on the charges of Aggravated Assault- Firearm (4-counts) and
Affray

On April 15, 2024, warrants were secured for:

-Rasheed Moore (22) on the charge of Affray (Party to Crime)

-Roderick Antonio Moore Jr. (28) on the charge of Affray

-Antonio Spann (29) on the charges of Affray (Party to Crime) and Aggravated Assault, Firearm (Party to Crime) (4-counts)

-Gevontae Walker (20) on the charges of Aggravated Assault-Firearm

-Nakabian Loud (26) on the charge of Affray

-Roger Antonio Farmer Jr. (34) on the charge of Affray

More charges are pending.
