Search warrant at West Broad Avenue business results in arrest after drug bust

ALBANY, Ga. – The Albany Dougherty Drug Unit conducted a search warrant at 309 W. Broad Ave (Daring Aromas) in reference to drug sales on today at approximately 12:30 hours.

This search warrant was only executed after a thorough investigation and multiple controlled buys had been done. During the execution of the search warrant the following items were recovered:

Approximately 179 grams of cocaine (6.3 ounces)
Approximately 3,266.8 grams of marijuana (7.2 pounds)
Two digital scales & plastic baggies
$2,070 US Currency

Based on the findings B/M Estabian Carter DOB 2/17/1978 was arrested and charged with the following offenses:
Trafficking Cocaine
Possession of Marijuana With The Intent to Distribute (WID)
Possession of Drug Related Objects

Mr. Carter was transported to the Dougherty County Jail.
